Every point of view. One story, all yours.

The phrase that erases the most wedding memories is “I’ll send them later.”

Your guests will take hundreds of photos and videos. Most of them never reach you. Not because anyone forgot you, but because nobody agreed on where to put them.

Wedding reception seen from between the tables, with guests hugging and laughing while the couple stands in the background

You’ll be at the center of the party. And you’ll miss almost everything happening around you.

  • Your dad quietly tearing up at table 7.
  • The aunt who danced all night holding her shoes.
  • The cousin who rehearsed a toast and lost his nerve.

A QR code on the table. No app to download.

Guests point their own phone camera and they’re inside your wedding, with your names, your colors and a clear idea of what to do next.

  1. On arrival, a QR code on every table.

Each part of the day can have its own: ceremony, reception, civil wedding. Guests scan, type their name and they’re in.

  2. Guest home screen with a featured photo mission

During the party, missions that give everyone a reason to shoot.

Small challenges show up on their phone. Photos and videos come straight from the camera or the gallery, in original quality.

  3. Shared album with photos, captions and the name of each guest

In real time, the album grows while the party happens.

Every photo lands in the album right after it’s sent, with a caption and the guest’s name. If you prefer, you approve each upload before it appears.

Guests with a mission don’t keep their phones in their pockets.

You choose which missions show up at each part of your wedding.

An album signed by every one of your guests.

Each photo arrives with the name of the person who took it and a short caption. It doesn’t feel like a folder of files. It feels like a box of keepsakes passed from hand to hand.

A year from now, you’ll hear what nobody had the nerve to say during the toasts.

Every guest can record a video message just for the two of you. It stays sealed and arrives together with all the others on your first wedding anniversary.

Guests can re-record as long as uploads are open. Nobody has to nail it on the first take.

What couples ask before booking.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. They point their camera at the QR code and join right from their phone’s browser.

Will my older guests be able to use it?

Yes. There’s no app to install and no password to create, and every screen has one main action. If they can text a photo, they can use WedKeeps.

Does WedKeeps replace the wedding photographer?

No. Your photographer handles the portraits and the planned moments. WedKeeps gathers everything happening around them, through the eyes of the people who were there.

Do photos and videos lose quality?

No. The original file is preserved. Lighter versions exist only so the album loads quickly.

Can we review a photo before it shows up in the album?

Yes. You choose between instant publishing or approving each upload first.

How long are the files stored? Can we download everything?

For 12 months. During that time, the wedding’s admins can view, organize and download every memory in original quality.

Does it work for a civil and a religious ceremony on different days?

Yes. Each part of the celebration can have its own QR code, missions and album, all within the same wedding.

How does the time capsule work?

Each guest records a video message, which they can redo while uploads are open. It stays sealed until the date you set, such as your first wedding anniversary.
