WedKeeps is a product operated by All-in Virtual. This policy explains what we use to deliver the service and the choices you control.
Information used to provide the service
Administrators provide account details and event settings. Guests provide a display name and phone number so they can return to their participation. Photos, videos, captions and messages are processed to build the purchased album and time capsule.
We also keep essential technical records for security, delivery and reliability, such as operation timestamps and media-processing status.
Payments and measurement
Payments take place in Stripe’s secure checkout. WedKeeps receives only the operational information needed to confirm the purchase and unlock the product; we do not store full card details.
On the marketing site, Google measurement tools and the OpenAI Pixel load only after affirmative permission. Events sent by WedKeeps never include names, email addresses, phone numbers, wedding data, media or Stripe identifiers.
Service providers, retention and your choices
We use providers required for authentication, hosting, storage, video processing, delivery and payments. Their access is limited to what each function requires.
Event files remain available for the purchased period. Deletions requested inside the product are handled as final where the interface says so. Contact us below to ask about access, correction or deletion of other information.
